One manufacturing foundation. Six AI capabilities.

Six modules built on one production foundation and one set of installation data — from group dispatching in the building to service and energy analysis in the cloud.

M1

AI Dispatch

Group control that reads real hall calls and car load instead of a fixed traffic table. Call priority is re-ranked continuously, recurring peaks are learned, and cars are pre-positioned before the rush — shorter and steadier waiting time in office towers, hotels and hospitals.

  • Group control
  • Destination dispatch
  • Waiting time
M2

AI Vision

On-premises vision inside the car and at the landing: passenger counting, car load density, door-zone obstruction and e-bike detection in the pit and landing area. Only counts and events leave the building — no facial recognition is used or required.

  • Passenger counting
  • Car load
  • Obstruction
M3

AI Touchless

A QR code, a mobile web page or a gesture — the passenger calls the car without touching the button panel. Wheelchair and stretcher modes extend door dwell time, and the arriving car is announced by voice. No app installation and no account.

  • Touchless call
  • Door dwell
  • Accessibility
M4

AI Cloud

One dashboard for every unit under your care: live car status, fault and alarm history, service visits and repair times. Separate role-based accounts for the property team, the service company and the owner. Outbound connection only — no inbound port to open.

  • IoT monitoring
  • Fault alarms
  • On-demand service
M5

AI Diagnosis / EOCD

EOCD — Early Onset Condition Detection — builds a baseline for each installation from traction machine, door operator and brake signals, then shows the drift before it becomes a stop: vibration, levelling accuracy, door closing time, brake current.

  • Predictive maintenance
  • Traction
  • Brake
M6

AI Energy

Consumption is split into traction, door operation, standby and regenerative energy. Cabin lighting and fan switch off after an idle period, sleep modes follow the real traffic pattern, and the regenerative drive's output is reported separately.

  • Regenerative drive
  • Standby power
  • Traction energy
